Ms. Caserta primarily focuses her practice in oil & gas and real estate transactional and title work. She regularly assists oil companies with oil and gas title opinions, lease purchase and drilling agreements, letter agreements, farmout agreements and other related documents. She also assists mineral owners with negotiations for oil and gas leases, right-of-way agreements and transfers of title from estates or otherwise. Ms. Caserta is also involved in estate planning, probate and business formation matters. She has handled both large and small estates with oil and gas interests located across the country.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Caserta gained invaluable experience working as an oil and gas landman, and as a commercial real estate appraiser in Dallas, providing her with a unique perspective to her client's needs and legal issues.
