Kevin Hayes handles general civil litigation with a focus on personal injury law. As a former prosecutor and Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Hayes offers noted trial and litigation experience.

Following law school, Mr. Hayes defended legislation passed by the Texas legislature in multiple federal court cases and prosecuted civil Medicaid fraud actions on behalf of the Texas Attorney General’s Office in Austin. He later gained valuable trial experience as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Smith County. Kevin Hayes joined Wilson, Robertson and Cornelius, P.C. in 2018.
