Matthew Milam’s practice includes estate planning and probate law, real estate, oil, gas, and mineral law including transactional and title work, business formations, and general civil litigation including insurance defense and real property disputes.

Mr. Milam joined Wilson, Robertson & Cornelius, P.C. in 2008 and is a native of Whitehouse, Texas. He won a number of awards while at the Baylor University School of Law and gained valuable experience during several internships, including conducting legal research for the Title IV-D Court, Third Administrative Judicial Region, Waco, Texas under the supervision and guidance of Associate Judge George E. Holmes.
